I hate for the 1st post in a long time to be me whining about my insomnia but, well it is. Those that know me are aware I have for most of my life (since HS) I have insomnia. I used to stay up late watching MTV's 120 minutes, and get up at 6:30. School was at 8. Then right after school I worked from 1-12 (Sun-Wed), then 3-12 (Mon-Fri). Not the best way to set me sleep schedule when I was younger.
Never knew if that help set my sleep pattern which effects me today? Or if more my ADD, multi-tasking, always moving self.
